Payment terms
Credit card: Your payment will be processed immediately upon purchase. The billing date, which is the date your credit card company will charge you, may vary depending on your specific credit card company's policies.
Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay: To use these payment methods, simply select the respective option at the checkout. The billing date will vary depending on the contract and the closing date of the payment method registered with each company.
Bank transfer: Upon confirming your order, you will receive an email with the necessary bank account information. Please ensure to transfer the funds within five business days from the date of order confirmation. This allows us to process your order promptly and ensures a smooth transaction.
Remember, to ensure a smooth transaction, please transfer the funds within five business days. If not, the product will be automatically canceled.
Production time & Delivery time
All products are made-to-order, and the production time is indicated under "Estimated production time" on each product page. The delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

The delivery time will be added to the production time for international shipments.
Domestic Shipping
Carrier: Japan Post Yu-pack
Shipping fee: Nationwide flat rate of 800 yen
You will receive free shipping for purchases totaling 50,000 yen or more. (This applies to domestic shipping only)
At this time, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery dates, and carrier selection is not available.
International Shipping
Carrier: Japan Post International Parcel
Shipping fee: The delivery of your order will be done via Japan Post International parcel. Your shipping charges may vary based on the country of destination and will be calculated during checkout.
Currently, we only ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Korea.
Please note that international shipments' shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Please note that for any orders that require international shipping, the recipient of the package is considered the importer of record and is responsible for any associated fees, which may include duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. The fees are determined by the destination country and are based on the retail value of the items on the invoice. These fees will be collected at the time of delivery and unfortunately, we have no control over them. If you require more information, please contact your local customs office.
About gift wrapping
We offer an exclusive pouch with all our products for free.
However, if you want to add an extra touch of elegance to your gift, we also provide gift-wrapping services for a fee of ¥500.
This includes a gift box, a shopper bag, and the exclusive pouch that comes with the product.
Please note that this service is optional.
Returns and Exchanges
Our jewelry is carefully crafted by hand and made to order to ensure that each piece is unique and of the highest quality. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please make sure you are certain about your choice and sizing before placing your order.
All items undergo thorough inspection before shipping. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as color discrepancy, size mismatch, change of mind, or cancellations after an order has been placed. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
